S-BR was tasked with Structural Restorations and Concrete restoration for the columns supporting the old courthouse in the basement. We reinforced the structure, cut the slab and exposed the columns showing the steel frame originally installed. Final phase includes cleaning the columns and protecting them from corrosion with sand blasting procedures, reinforcing with galvanized bars and re-pouring the concrete.
